Google is one of the widely used search engine on the Internet, Despite that it is also known for it's crazy things such as a Dino in Chrome and Thanos in Google Search.

So Today, we are going to tell you some Easter eggs hidden by Google, ment to be Discovered by you. Write these in your diary may these help you be a star between your friends. ;-)


8. The answer to Universe and anything

If you go to google and Search for The answer to Universe and anything You will get a calculator and the answer 42 written on it.






Weird, Right? Yes it's Mysterious and weird at the same time. You may think why google gives you a 42 for the answer of universe. The answer is it's just a joke be google for you to scratch your head on.

7. Play games right on Google Search



If you search for some classic games on google you can play them right on the search. You can play some classic games such as Snake, PAC-Man, Atari Breakout, Solitaire, Tic-Tac-Toe, Minesweeper, Earth-Day Quiz, etc.

Snake: To play the game snake all you have to do is type "Play Snake" on the Search bar:



Pac-Man: Search Pac-Man in Google search bar

6. Barrel Roll

This one is quite funny and straight forward. Go to Google and search "Do a barrel roll" and the web-result will do a barrel roll for you, That means the whole webpage will spin for you one time to demonstrate how to do a barrel roll, pretty obedient this time.




5. Secret Console Adventure


For this Easter egg you just have to do a little bit more effort. Type "Text adventure" on search and open the console in you browser (usually by pressing F12). and you will see a statement saying 'Would you like to play a game?'.

If you go to google and search for 'Conway's Game of life' at the side of the search you will see some light-blue colored boxes and some buttons like play, pause and maximize.




Click on the maximize button to maximize the game of life which will make you see it clearly.

3. Anagram

Before telling you about this Easter egg, let's first tell you what the world anagram means. The anagram is actually game, in this game you are given a word and you have to rearrange the letters in the word to create a new word. for example (Fired = Fried)



Now coming to the point if you search anagram on google. It will show you 'Did you mean: nag a ram'. You may ask what is the point here? So, that means you have not read the definition properly. The point is google basically creates a anagram of the word 'anagram' and show it to you in the form of did you know. isn't it mind-boggling?

2. Fading Results

I am pretty sure you know about Thanos, If you do, then you have to know this Easter egg right now!

If you go and search for Thanos on Google you will see information about him on the right side and a hand with jewels just click on the hand and you will see a magic.




Everything on the screen will start fading out same as it happens on the the Avengers and game movie and you will get to know that the half of the result of the page are gone. Quite crazy, Right? Go try it out now!

1. Coin Block

Now, This one is related to Gaming, more specifically it's about Mario. If you ever played a Mario game you will surely see a block with a question mark.

Now, Comping to the point. If you go to google and search for 'Super Mario Bros' you will see a block alongside the information about the game just click on the block and you will see that coins coming from the top of the block.






This little Easter Egg was planted by google to celebrate the severe popularity of the game Super Mario Bros. which was released by Nintendo for their 8-bit console called Nintendo Entertainment System.
